Each RE:ME piece is crafted with meaning and care. If you wish to return your piece, we kindly ask that you follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and respectful process.
General Conditions
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
  • The piece is unworn and undamaged
  • It is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying elements (such as pouches, cards, or inserts)
  • The piece was not custom-made or personalized (these items are non-returnable unless defective)
Only pieces purchased directly through our official channels (re-me.world) are eligible for return.
How to Return a Piece
1. Please email our client support team at: returns@reme.gallery
Include your full name, order number, and reason for return. A return form will be sent to you via email.

2. Fill out the return form and include it inside your return package. Make sure to include:
– The piece
– All original packaging
– Any gifts or items included with your order
– Warranty and care documents, if applicable

3. Securely seal the package and use a reliable postal or courier service of your choice. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipment.

4. Once shipped, please send us the tracking number for reference.
Return Address
You will receive the return address and further instructions in your return confirmation email. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Important Notes
RE:ME is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

We recommend retaining proof of shipment until the return is processed.

Refunds are issued once the piece has been received and inspected.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
