We understand that sometimes a piece may not feel fully aligned —and we are here to support you in finding what truly resonates.
General Conditions
We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the original piece must be:
– Unworn
– In original condition
– Returned in its original packaging with all components
Custom or personalized creations are not eligible for exchange, unless found to be defective.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact us at:returns@reme.galleryPlease include your full name, order number, and the reason for your exchange.
Let us know which size, variation, or alternative piece you are considering.

2. We will reply with exchange confirmation and send you the necessary instructions and form.

3. Once confirmed, return the original item following the same return process:
– Include the completed exchange form
– Return the piece with original packaging and any included items
– Use a tracked and insured shipping method of your choice

4. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will process the exchange and confirm by email.
Important Notes
RE:ME is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges can only be processed once the original piece has been received and approved.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer alternative solutions or issue a refund as appropriate.

An exchange is not just a replacement — it is a refinement.
